My battery died in a shopping strip parking lot, so I called my insurance company. Was so surprised and happy that this wrecker service showed up so quickly! Beautiful Jessica was driving that big nice wrecker truck like it was a compact car!😁. Didn’t get the name of the guy who jumped my car, but he worked so fast that I was on my way home in 5 minutes after their arrival. My car and I are home safe. Saving their info for future roadside needs for sure!

I had the pleasure of utilizing the services of J&J Hook & Roll Inc. They are a very nice couple who both display professionalism and dependability. They have a very cute tow truck with strong capabilities. I needed a wheel and lift tow for my BMW electric vehicle, because it would start, but not move. I searched high and low via my car warranty, to locate someone who could provide the special tow needed., with no luck. J&J Hook& Roll came to my assistance. They were sufficient and very well versed in how they handled my car…They were on time as promised ; and very humble. If needed in the future, I will definitely be in touch with them again.
